"Quality is not only an enabler for us, it's a matter of survival, and based on that we're devoted to our quality efforts.
But quality cannot be mandated. It has to be planned. That's why we build quality into our processes from the beginning and instruct our people on quality from day one. With the processes and people in place we can focus on building great trucks for our customers.
When I see a truck going down the road the first thing I think of is the people that put that truck together. They know that they have a challenge every day to build the best trucks because we know their customers are expecting the best from us. So I'm proud not only about the trucks we build, but I'm particularly proud of the people that make them."
