All International® 8000 and 9000i Series Diamond SPEC™ vehicles receive International's unparalleled level of customer support. There are optional support packages and extended warranties available for various vehicles. Custom warranties can also be developed to meet your exact business requirements. From the comprehensive basic vehicle limited warranty to the services and parts provided by the extensive International dealer network, International delivers superior value throughout the life of the vehicle.

Diamond SPEC Base Warranty
Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty*
All International 8000 and 9000i Series Diamond SPEC vehicles receive a 2-year/200,000-mile (320,000 km) basic vehicle warranty - that's twice the coverage of our standard 8000 Series/9000i Series warranty.

 Diamond Emergency Breakdown Service (Diamond EBS)
If your vehicle should ever break down, for as long as you own it, Diamond EBS is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your vehicle will be monitored from breakdown until you're back on the road. A nationwide network of over 16,000 service locations support you wherever you are.

 Diamond SPEC Optional Support Services
Extended Towing Coverage
This optional coverage was designed to reduce the out-of-pocket expenses that may occur as a result of an unexpected breakdown. The extended towing coverage must not exceed the length of the vehicle's warranty.

 $250.00 maximum benefit per towing incident

Must be a failure that is warranted by International.

Must be towed to the nearest International dealer authorized to perform the repairs.

Prepriced support packages are available up to 5 years/500,000 miles (800,000 km).

Diamond PLUSSM Support Package

Diamond Replacement Vehicle Guarantee
During the basic vehicle warranty period, you are guaranteed a replacement vehicle** for up to three days or 1,500 miles (2,400 km) if your truck cannot be repaired by an International dealer within 24 hours from the time the repair evaluation is completed, including nights, weekends and holidays. Diamond PLUS coverage gives you a hotline to start the repair evaluation immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Diamond Parts Guarantee
With seven Parts Distribution Centers throughout North America, International will have the qualified breakdown part you need in stock or get it by the next day at no additional freight expense to you. And if we don't, you'll get a $100 credit on an International Advantage® card - good for future parts/service at your International dealer.

Diamond Finance Advantage
When you finance your Diamond SPEC truck through International Finance Group (IFG) and purchase physical damage insurance through Harco National Insurance Company, you will receive an additional 50,000 miles (80,000 km) on your basic vehicle warranty or any extended warranty you may purchase. (Available in U.S. only.)

Prepackaged Extended Warranties*
The Diamond Replacement Vehicle Guarantee and Diamond Parts Guarantee can be extended for an additional cost incremental to the purchase price for any extended warranty*** selected.
